Delivery Time:
Delivery time varies depending on the speed of the postal services and the service selected.

Parcels within the EU are sent via Delivengo unless premium delivery services (UPS, DPD, etc.) are selected. Normal delivery via Delivengo takes 5-7 working days. All dispatches include basic tracking services.

Orders sent via Chronopost, DPD, Colissimo or UPS arrive within 3-5 working days and include FULL tracking services.

Note: Holidays and weekends are NOT counted as working days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are typically processed on Monday.

Requesting a Return:
To return a product contact us at support@vitasunn.com and provide your name, order date and a brief description of the problem. We will send you complete instructions on how to return your package.

Store credits cannot be processed until we have received your returned merchandise. Vitasunn is not responsible for return postage costs. In the case of credit card refunds it may take a full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
