This Ultimate Herbal Joint Pain Remedy is packed with natural anti-inflammatory properties and you can make it right in your own kitchen. All you need is your blender!
Careful though. It's spicy!
Ingredients:
- 25 g of fresh turmeric (or 1 TBS of dry)
- 25 g of fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp of raw honey
- 1/4 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp of grind black pepper (or 6 black pepper grains)
- 5 cloves
- 60 ml of water
- 25 ml of lemon juice (approximately the juice of one lemon)
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
Preparation:
Peel the turmeric and the ginger. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
